  1.   Healthy movement habits: Regular ‘movement breaks’ to improve energy levels & mood, reduce strain on the body
    and boost metabolism
  1. Good posture habits: Healthy postures in varied learning environments helps prevent aches & pains, improves
    confidence and concentration.
  1.  Healthy ergonomic habits:Best setup and use of furniture, accessories and electronic devices lessens strain on the body (eg back, neck, shoulders, thumbs) & improves productivity
  1.   Healthy daily habits: Applying and adapting to different environments and situations at home, school, travelling with fast & fun ‘self-care’ strategies, incl electronic device use.
  1. Targeted Stretches & Exercises:Strengthen ‘anti-slouching muscles’ and ease tight, tense muscles to feel fabulous.
